Dr. Christina Steenstra is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, graduating Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Chiropractic Scholastic Honor Society. Dr. Steenstra earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Colby College, in Waterville Maine. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Maine Chiropractic Association.  

Prior to Joining the Chiropractic Family Health Center in 2022, Dr. Steenstra has practiced Chiropractic in Central and Southern Maine since 2008. Her focus has been in family practice as well as pediatrics and prenatal care.  

Dr. Steenstra uses a variety of techniques to manipulate the spine and extremities and is willing to work with you to find what is most comfortable and effective to achieve your clinical goals. She has notable training in Cranial Sacral Technique and Webster Technique. 

Dr. Steenstra is a Maine native. She lives in Monmouth with her husband, two children and their dog. She loves downhill and Nordic skiing, hiking and snowshoeing with her family.
